Canmore Trail Rides & Pack Trips
The Canadian Rockies Adventure Centre offers horseback riding in Banff, Canmore, Golden and Kananaskis. The friendly horses and professional guides take riders to stunning locations with panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. The Canadian Rockies Adventure Centre also offers a wide range of exciting adventures year-round in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. During summer months, activities offered include wildlife viewing, river rafting, rock climbing, guided hiking, cave tours and more. In the winter, activities such as ice walks, ice fishing and ice climbing are featured. Adventures are offered in a variety of locations including Banff, Canmore, Kananaskis Country, Golden and Icefields Parkway region.
Boundary Ranch offers a wide range of activities including trail rides and overnight pack trips, horse drawn wagon or sleigh rides, bus hold-ups, gunfights, Wild West Rodeos, horseshoe pits, volleyball, croquet, calf and horse-roping and much more.
Inside Out Experience offers a variety of adventures in the Canadian Rockies, including a combination tour that features a rafting excursion and a trail ride. The package begins with a two-hour guided trail ride along the Bow, Kananaskis or Elbow River Valleys. A delicious barbecue lunch is served and then after lunch participants meet for an exciting afternoon of rafting. Adventurers spend two or two-and-a-half hours on the river surfing, splashing, playing games with water canons and paddling through the rapids on a professionally-guided raft.
